This facility is a building that has southwestern style stucco sitting beautifully on landscaped grounds with a beautiful mountain view. We have a full time manager that lives on site as well as a Service Coordinator that is available to assist with Medicare and Medicaid concerns that may arise as well has the ability to help access community services that may be needed. Vista de la Montana has a large community room that can be reserved for private family gatherings. We are located within walking distance of shopping and pharmacy. We look forward to having you as a resident.
