Our home care services are available wherever you call home in the Rochester area.
We are a Medicare-certified home health agency serving adults in Rochester Minnesota and surrounding area for over 40 years. We are proud to provide an experienced and compassionate team of skilled nurses, rehabilitation therapists and home health aides.
Stanley Jones & Associates can provide the quality care you need right in the safety and convenience of your own home. Our licensed and trained professionals will work together with your healthcare provider to develop the plan of care that’s right for you. Our goal is to help you achieve maximum independence so you can remain in your home.

If I have Medicare, how much do I pay?
If your healthcare provider orders home care services and you meet the Medicare requirements, Medicare pays 100%. It may vary for those on a supplemental plan. We recommend you contact your insurance provider for more information.
How long will Medicare allow me to receive services in my home?
Services can continue as long as you meet Medicare guidelines.
I have a case worker at the county and receive a waiver, can you help me with medications and other care?
Yes, we will work with your county worker on your care needs.
