Spanish Cove Senior Housing Community

WELCOME TO SPANISH COVE SENIOR HOUSING COMMUNITY

Volunteers of America’s Spanish Cove Senior Housing Community provides permanent, safe, affordable housing for low-income older adults. Although residents live independently, community rooms, regular activities, and on-site staff provide opportunities for socialization and help facilitate a support network among residents. The Spanish Cove Service Coordination Program helps residents maintain their independence by networking residents with community resources such as transportation, housekeeping assistance, meal delivery, and legal advocacy. Additional services include helping residents access benefits, providing wellness and preventative health care opportunities, monitoring services, and promoting continued self-sufficiency. All services are free and confidential. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
