Bell Park Tower is 39 unit, three-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex for individuals or family members age 62 that meet income requirements. The one-bedroom, unfurnished apartments are cozy and comfortable with complete kitchens. Each apartment has its own thermostat-controlled furnace and air conditioner. We have a spacious community room and laundry room with washers and dryers at no cost to residents as well as a centrally located elevator.
