Gulf Coast Village, Cape Coral’s only Life Plan Community and Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) announces Sarah Richard, as the new campus Executive Director. Richard is expected to transition into the role in January 2025.

VOANS welcomes Debashish Chakravarty as the vice president of real estate development. Chakravarty joins VOANS with more than 15 years of real estate development, project management and real estate finance experience.

Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) recently received an allocation of State and 4% low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) from Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) for the development of Rendezvous, a 52-unit affordable housing property for older adults in Montrose, Colorado.

Paloma Garden, a new 125-unit affordable housing complex for seniors age 62+ located in Colorado Springs, celebrates its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on November 4. The development is developed and owned by VOANS and will be managed by Volunteers of America Colorado.
