Paul Soczynski has a Master’s in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in health information administration with over 40 years of experience in various leadership roles. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Healthcare for Volunteers of America National Services. His responsibilities include oversight of VOANS’ three PACE Programs and Senior Living. Prior to working for VOANS, Paul worked for United Healthcare in various roles supporting LTSS programs nationally, Prior to UHC, he was responsible for business development in 50 states and the federal government for asset verification services as an enhancement to Medicaid eligibility systems for Accuity, Inc.
Paul served as the Chief Operations Officer of Community Care, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1998 to 2010. Community Care operates PACE, Family Care Partnership and Family Care for elders and physically and developmentally disabled adults.
Paul served as a Commissioner on the Milwaukee Commission on Aging from 2003 to 2009 and served as the Project Manager for the Family Partnership Care Management Coalition which implemented Family Care for 11 counties in eastern Wisconsin. He served a member of the National PACE Association’s Board of Directors and Chaired the Public Policy Committee.
